Tidbits of Mobile Phones Reviewed
Samsung J750: It was only last October 2007 when Samsung released their sleek, streamlined model the Samsung J750, and already the phone has garnered a lot of favorable raves and reviews. And it is only fair as there is a lot to love with Samsung’s little number. First thing one notices, for obvious reasons, is the J750’s wonderful and brilliant design. Though effective simplicity is key with this unit, it is however edgy with the curves in all the right places. And the slider mechanism does wonders, especially when sliding it open to reveal the innovative keypad design. But never let its looks fool you, for what your eyes see in the J750 is nothing compared to what it can do to your senses. This unassuming little phone is teeming with functionality and features that the user would surely love. Samsung definitely knew what it was doing when they conceptualized the J750.
Nokia N70: For cell phone and non-cell phone aficionados (if there ever was such a thing in this day and age) alike, the Finnish brand Nokia is a name that needs no further introduction. It is one, if not the forerunner in the cellular phone industry for many years now, and it’s safe to assume for the next few decades to come. Nokia has been churning out model after model of gorgeous handsets since its first inception. This is why one can easily get lost in the model number confusion that arises. But among the cell phone bed of roses from Nokia, an elegant thorn arises pricking every one’s interest, and the Nokia N70 is one of them.
Nokia 6233: As if to solidify their mark in the mobile phone market, Nokia offers us another gem with the Nokia 6233. It’s a candy bar type phone with all the right perks for the modern user, including 3G capabilities. A definite budget solution for those looking for 3G functionality but do not want to splurge too much cash on a smart phone. Being labeled with the 6233 means it may be the worthy successor to the line of Nokia 62 series such as the 6230 and its follow up, the 6230i.
Sony Ericsson T270: Last January 24, 2008 in Delhi, India, the Sony Ericsson merger announced the launch of two new budget phones: The Sony Ericsson T270 and its big brother, the T280. They are a pair of affordable mobile phones with a definite flair for design. The similar looking phones are a pocket sized candy bar featuring a sleek brushed light metal with glass finish and comes in two color combinations; the Silver and Black and the sure to be a hit Copper and Silver combo. The only noticeable difference between the two is the absence of a camera lens at the back of the T270. But before you faint at the idea of a phone not having a camera – be aware first of the target audience of the T270, for it is definitely not a phone not for everyone.
Palm Treo 500v: Newer versions of mobile phones are being made to cater to the more intimate needs of the user. Every cell phone has a specific feature that may be designed to your advantage. As our technology grows, the mobile industry also takes a step further. Treo is not new to these upgrades and technological demands. In fact, it has recently released the Palm Treo 500v. It is the newer version of the smartphone; which vodaphone recently launched around the world, especially in Europe.
